What Utah clients say about MakeupByGen
We don't write our own reviews and we don't accept paid testimonials. Every review on this page comes from a real Northern Utah client — a bride, a quinceañera, a prom group, an event client, or a tooth gem appointment — who chose to share her experience publicly after working with Gen.
We collect reviews three ways: a follow-up text or email after your event with a direct link to leave a review, an optional Google review request, and the leave-a-review form on this site. We never edit, filter, or hide negative reviews — if something didn't go right, we want to know, and we want to make it right.
What clients tend to mention most: how calm the morning felt, how long the makeup lasted, how comfortable Spanish-speaking family members were during the booking, and how the photos turned out under venue lighting. If those are the things that matter to you, the reviews here will give you a real read on whether we're the right fit.
