All tooth gem booth attendees must be 18 or older. We do not place tooth gems on minors at events. The booth is a cosmetic activation — not a dental service. The client booking the booth acknowledges all attendees are 18+ on the booking form.

A tooth gem booth is one of the most-talked-about add-ons we bring to Utah events. Picture a small, beautifully styled sparkle station where guests pick a gem (or a custom layout), get it applied in under 10 minutes, and walk away with a smile that photographs beautifully for the rest of the night.
We've set up tooth gem booths at quinceañeras, bachelorette parties, milestone birthdays, brand activations, holiday markets, and corporate events. Pricing starts at $400 and scales with headcount, gem package, and event length. All attendees must be 18 or older — we don't apply gems to minors at booths.
The booth includes Gen (or a vetted teammate), a full sanitary kit, signage, gem display, aftercare cards, and a clean, compact setup that fits in most venue corners. We can match the booth aesthetic to your event palette if you let us know the colors in advance.
Booking a tooth gem booth is quote-first. We'll need your event date, location, expected headcount, event length, and the type of gem packages you want offered. We'll come back with a proposal that includes any travel fee (Northern Utah flat $25, Southern Utah $300 destination).
