Southern Utah Travel Policy
Southern Utah is destination/travel service. Quote-first booking, signed contract, retainer, and a driving fee starting at $300.
Minimum booking total: $500
Combined service total before the driving fee. Smaller events may be declined if they don't meet the minimum, especially on peak weekends.
Quote required
No same-day or auto-confirm bookings for Southern Utah. Every Southern Utah inquiry receives a custom quote within 1–2 business days.
Deposit / retainer required
A signed contract and a retainer are required to lock the date. Without the retainer the date stays open.
Lodging may be required
If your call time is before 6:00 AM or your venue is more than ~3 hours from St. George, we may require lodging the night before. This is quoted separately.

Spring and fall Southern Utah weekends fill first. Book 4–9 months ahead for weddings; 2–4 months for events.

Can I book for Zion or Springdale?
Yes — Zion National Park elopements and Springdale lodging glam are a regular Southern Utah booking for us. Tell us your venue / lodging address on the quote form so we can plan the timeline.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes — Southern Utah destination bookings require a signed contract and a retainer (deposit) to lock the date. Without the retainer the date stays open.
Can I book hair and makeup together?
Yes — full bridal hair + makeup, quinceañera hair + makeup, and event glam packages are all available for Southern Utah destinations. We confirm the timeline two weeks before the event.
Can the booth travel to Southern Utah events?
Yes — the tooth gem booth travels to Southern Utah events. The $300 driving fee applies, all booth attendees must be 18+, and a signed contract + retainer is required to confirm the date.
